Summary of the Tuition Policy
Tuition at Montessori School of Oceanside 2 is paid on a weekly basis. In the Toddler, Preschool Prep and Preschool classes the tuition includes breakfast, lunch, music and Spanish class. In the elementary classes, children bring their own lunches and snacks. Preschool Prep and Preschool children are asked to bring snacks to their entire class once or twice a month (depending on class size). Tuition is due by the Monday of each week. Tuition must be paid the Monday of each week, or late fees will be assessed. For returned checks a fee is also assessed, and you may be required to make future payments in cash.
Our preferred payment method is through Tuition Express. Each family has a credit card, or checking account on file and each Monday we charge tuition. It makes paying tuition so easy! If for any reason you need to postpone a payment, or you want to pay extra in any particular week you just send an email Sunday night to communicate your needs.
Tuition is due in full according to your child’s fee schedule, even if your child does not attend. Should your child permanently withdraw from the school, no credit or refund of tuition will be given. Return to school would require payment of a re-registration fee.
If you have more than one child enrolled full time in our preschool or elementary programs within your immediate family, you will be entitled to a 10% discount on tuition of one of the older children.
Should there be extenuating circumstances that would prevent you from paying on a timely basis, please discuss this confidentially with the Director prior to it becoming a problem. Continued failure to pay tuition on a timely basis may result in terminating your child’s enrollment.
